What is PEKANBUKU?

PEKANBUKU is a virtual bookstore. It allows you to browse, search, as well as buy books, online. Our aim is to provide a complete online experience to our customers. We also want to provide fastest way to deliver books to our customers.

What should I do if the book I received is damaged?

Our Return Policy allows for a refund. However, the policy requires that the damaged book be returned to the following address within 7 days from the date of receipt of the book. Please send to:

I can't find the title I want at PEKANBUKU. Can I place a special order?

PEKANBUKU does not take special order at the moment. How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?

An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your order. A transaction number will be given to you, which you can use to check your order status and your reference.

Can I cancel an order after I have confirmed it?

No, you can't. However, exceptional cases will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis.

Can I place my order over the telephone?

All orders must be placed on PEKANBUKU. We do not accept telephone orders.

How do I make payment?

You can pay by choosing MEPS, Upay, Sinopay. We do not have credit card facilities at this moment.

When will I get the books I ordered?

If the book you ordered is available in our physical outlets, it will be delivered to you within 3 working days. If the book is not available in our physical outlets, there will be an e-mail send to you informing when it will be delivered.

How are the books delivered?

For now, we have only poslaju method for delivery.

What happens if I do not receive my book after the stipulated delivery time?

What should I do if I forget my password?

Just click on the "forget your password" hyperlink, and key in your User ID. You will be prompted for an answer to the question of your choice. Once the answer is verified, your password will be displayed on the website.

How can I change my information?

First click on the "Account" hyperlink, and then click on "Account Profile". This will allow you to change or update particulars like your email address, password, billing address, payment options, and shipping options. Once you have completed the changes, click "submit".
